WARPING OF BEAMS

Here we have a Benninger warping machine and a Zell assembling machine.

• We have the possibility to make 12 warping beams of 350 threads.
• Maximum 4200 threads – width 3.40 m
• Discs of 80 – 100 or 125 cm

SHEARING OF BEAMS

Our beams are sheared on the most modern shearing mills.
Our machine park consists of 4 Benninger shearing mills and 1 VTA shearing mill.

• maximum 1320 threads per section
• rapport possible until 1280 threads
• maximum width 3.40 m
• discs of 80 – 100 or 125 cm

We shear polyester filament yarns as well as spun yarns (polyester – viscose – cotton), raw white and dyed.
